The terms of training with us.

Acceptance of terms

By using the Rooted in Strength Pilates website, booking a class, or purchasing a pack or membership, you agree to these terms of service.

Bookings and class packages

Class scheduling, packages, and memberships are purchased and managed through bsport, our third-party booking provider. Please review bsport's own terms for the checkout process itself.

Studio conduct

We ask every client to treat instructors and fellow movers with respect, to arrive ready to move safely, and to follow instructor guidance during class.

Health disclaimer

Pilates is a physical activity. Please consult your physician before beginning any new exercise program. Tell your instructor about any injury, pregnancy, or medical condition before class so we can support you safely.

Intellectual property

The Rooted in Strength Pilates name, logo, and website content belong to Rooted in Strength Pilates and may not be reproduced without permission.

Limitation of liability

Rooted in Strength Pilates is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in classes, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Movement carries inherent risk, and participation is voluntary.

SMS Opt-In and Opt-Out

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS messages from Rooted in Strength Pilates. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message. Standard carrier message and data rates may apply. Neither Rooted in Strength Pilates nor carriers are liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
